On Saturday, 7 November 2026, St Martin’s Festival at the Castles will, for the first time, bring together the Karst and the Vipava Valley in a shared experience of wine, cuisine, music, cultural heritage and local stories.

A free shuttle bus service will operate between the venues. To use the shuttle bus, you will need a wristband, which you will receive when you purchase a wine glass.
St Martin’s Festival at the Castles is a new regional event bringing together the Karst and the Vipava Valley.
11:00–20:00 Tasting of wine and local delicacies at all venues.
A special St. Martin’s train will take you from Ljubljana to Štanjel.

Designated parking areas will be available near all venues.
Tastings will be based on vouchers, which can be purchased at all five venues. All vouchers are valid only on Saturday, 7 November 2026, at all venues of St Martin’s Festival at the Castles. Vouchers are non-refundable.
All wine tastings at the five venues require wine vouchers and the official “St Martin’s Festival at the Castles” wine glass.
